Prayer Requests

everyone knows that i am facing what im going thru myself. but i got another request this thursday my dad has to have back surgery. i just dont know how much more i can put up with. so keep us all in your thoughts and prayers.

Remember my Daughter and the families of the kids involved in the auto accident in Kingsport last night. She was friends with the student from Volunteer who was killed and the girl who was driving was her best friend. Went to see her today in Icu and she has a collapsed lung a broken rib and possibly a broken pelvis. She is heavily sedated but they have told her that her friend did not make it. SHe has a long road ahead not only physically but mentally. My Daughter is devastated. It is unreal how quick your life can be over.

The young lady that was killed was the daughter of the lady that hired me at my current job. She has since moved to another company, but she was always a very nice lady. Let's keep all these folks in our thoughts.

I'm going to ask prayer for one of our own, Burrhead and his family. I know most (if not all) of us have had arguments with him over time, but this is a serious situation and we all need to pray that the best solution for this comes to be.

A lot of you Appy and Powell Valley folks know Roger Sizemore. His mom passed this evening after a long struggle with failing health. Remember the Sizemore family in your prayers.

I'd like to request pray for TheBeast's dad...He has been in the hospital for over 5 weeks now...Some of you may know his dad Tom Lawson...He runs the press box @ Coeburn...He's been w/ the football team for years...Due to his sickness he has missed the last few games @ Coeburn (something he hasn't done in years)....Despite all he has gone through in last few years he still keeps a positive additude...So just take a few minutes to remember him in your prayers...

I have a prayer request. For both sides of this one.

Last night, two students here at Berea College were injured. At about 10:00 PM, there was a drunk driver that struck two students on a sidewalk. There were immediately taken to the Berea Hospital.

I heard that these two students are over at the UK hospital in critical condition.

I don't get it. Why do people have to endanger their own lives or someone else's life like this?

Pray for these two people that the Great Physician takes care of them. Also pray for the drunk driver so that he or she learns.
